Shipping Policy

At Charbonneau Family Farm, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy for information about how we process, ship, and deliver our beef products, manure compost, and tree service-related items.

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is received, and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping throughout the northeastern United States. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after your order is processed.
Local Pickup: If you prefer, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout and arrange a time to collect your order at our farm. We’ll email you with pickup instructions.
International Shipping: At this time, we [do/do not] offer international shipping for beef products, compost, or tree service items. If you have a special request, please contact us directly.

Shipping Restrictions

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (where available), so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Tracking Your Order
