Meat Products

Spoilage on Arrival: If your meat order arrives spoiled or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging. If the spoilage is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Proper Handling: Refunds will not be issued if the meat was not properly refrigerated or frozen after delivery, or if handling instructions were not followed.

No Refunds for Improper Storage: If the product was left unrefrigerated, thawed against instructions, or otherwise improperly handled after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
Other Products and Services

Manure Compost and Tree Services: If you are unsatisfied with manure compost or tree service products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt or service completion. We will review your concern and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Custom Orders: Refunds for custom orders or services may be limited and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
